The command of the military units of the 1st army corps of the Russian occupying forces is reportedly taking steps to forcibly transfer the conscript service personnel to a contract that prevents their release from military service within 3 years, according to information that is currently available. Additionally, this category does not qualify for one-time incentives for signing such contracts, which has a negative impact on the Russian occupiers’ psychological well-being and morale.
