The valiant Ukrainian people’s resistance to a Russian military invasion is still going strong after 193 days.
Russia is still concentrating its efforts on taking complete control of the Donetsk oblast while holding onto the districts it has already taken over in the Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv oblasts in Ukraine.
Russian attacks continue in the directions of Bakhmut and Avdiyivka. Anti-aircraft defences are still being aggressively used by Russian invaders to protect their forces. Russian high-intensity aerial surveillance illegally employs drones. Russia is attempting to give its troops better logistical assistance.
The Russian Federation has attacked military and civilian targets on Ukrainian soil with more than 10 missile launches and more than 24 airstrikes in the last 24 hours. Particularly in the communities of Peremoha, Husarivka, Novomykhaylivka, and Bilohiria, civil infrastructure was impacted.
The threat of Russian systematic massive air and missile strikes on military and critical infrastructure facilities throughout Ukraine continues to persist.
Due to the lack of high-precision weapons, Russian troops began to use outdated S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles more often. More than 500 such missiles were launched on the territory of Ukraine, some of which did not reach the target. The Russian occupiers are armed with several thousand such missiles, but most of them are unusable.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the situation remains without significant changes.
Using tanks, combat vehicles, barrel and jet artillery, Russia attacked Ukrainian military and civilian infrastructure in other directions, specifically: in the Siversky direction, the settlements of Mykhalchyna Sloboda in Chernihiv oblast and Stukalivka in Sumy oblast; in the Kharkiv direction, Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv, Slatyne, Sosnivka, Udy, Petrivka, Vely
in the direction of Sloviansk, Bohorodychne, Dolyna, and Krasnopillia;
Sloviansk, Siversk, Raihorodok, Donetske, Ivano-Dariyivka, and Vesele are in the direction of Kramatorsk;
Zaitseve, Bakhmutske, Soledar, Bakhmut, Bilohorivka, Vyimka, and Rozdolivka on the Bakhmut direction;
in the Avdiyivka direction – Avdiyivka, Novokalynove, Berdychiv, Vodiane, Pervomayske;
In the Novopavlivskyi direction, Russia did not engage in active offensive operations but shelled the areas around the settlements of Krasnohorivka and Orlivka; in the Zaporizhzhia direction, it shelled the urban areas around the settlements of Bilohiria, Olhivske, Zelene Pole, Novopil, Novosilka, and Vremivka; and on the Avdiyiv
Russian soldiers shelled the whole line of contact in the direction of South Buh.
Ukrainian Defence Forces units maintain their posts and stop Russia from moving further into Ukrainian territory. In the vicinity of the communities of Bohorodychne, Pasika, Dolyna, Bakhmut, Pokrovske, Bakhmutske, Pisky, and Pervomayske, the defending troops were effective in fending off enemy attacks.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces’ aviation launched six attacks throughout the day to support the Ukrainian ground forces’ operations and destroy Russian troops, combat and special equipment, radio-electronic warfare tools, air defence systems, and logistical support facilities. Clarifications about losses are being made.
The missions of counter-battery fighting, disabling Russian command and control infrastructure, and logistical support are still being carried out by missile soldiers and land troops’ artillery. Fire damage was caused throughout the course of the previous day to the Russian invaders’ command post, military equipment storage locations, and troops of the tank battalion. The R-330Zh Zhitel electronic warfare station, the “Zoo-1M” Zoopark counter-battery radar station, and a sizable portion of the Russian troops were all destroyed.
