The 195th day of the Russia-Ukraine War: official operational information by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for 06.09.2022.
The Russian Federation is still concentrating its efforts on taking complete control of the Donetsk oblast while retaining the temporarily taken districts in the Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolayiv oblasts in Ukraine.
Russian massive air and missile attacks on military and civilian facilities across the entirety of Ukraine are still a possibility.
Russian Kalibr sea-based cruise missile ships are still prepared for an attack in the Black Sea.
Recently, Russia has conducted around fifty Multiple Launch Rocket System assaults, 3 missile launches, and more than thirty-five airstrikes. The Russian invaders launched sneaky missile assaults on Ukrainian civilian targets in Bakhmut and Kostiantynivka throughout the night of the 5th and 6th of September, 2022.
The Russian army conducted attacks on the Ukrainian villages of Bairak and Asiyivka in the Kharkiv region; Pryshyb, Vremivka, Velyka Novosilka, Novomyhaylivka, and Novopil in the Donetsk region; Poltavka and Olgivske in the Zaporizhzhia region; Bila Krynytsya, Bilohirka, Kostromka in the Kherson region and Velyke Artakove, Ternivka, Lyubomirivka in the Mykolayiv region.
There hasn’t been much of a shift in the Volyn and Polissia directions.
Using available fire damage techniques, Russian troops continued to shell military and civilian facilities in other Ukrainian directions, specifically:
- the communities of Hrynivka in Chernihiv region as well as Nova Huta, Sopych, and Myropillya in Sumy region were bombarded in the Siversky direction
- in the Kharkiv area, the following places were attacked: Udy, Sosnivka, Svitlychne, Zolochiv, Prudianka, Velyki Prohody, Nove, Pytomnyk, Ruska Lozova, Ruski Tyshky, Petrivka, Kostiantynivka, Pryshyb, Husarivka, and Chepil
- in the Sloviansk area Russian invaders shelled Virnopillia, Brazhkivka, Ridne, Dolyna, Krasnopillia, Dmytrivka, Bohorodychne, Donetske and Sloviansk
- Kryva Luka, Siversk, Verkhnokamianske, Ivano-Dariyivka, and Spirne are in the area of Kramatorsk
- in the area of Bakhmut were attacked villages of Soledar, Rozdolivka, Bilohorivka, New York (Donetsk redgion), Yakovlivka, Bahmutske, Bakhmut, Zaytseve, Hryhorivka, Vesela Dolyna, Odradivka, Yuriyivka, Opytne, Vesele, Mayorsk;
- in the area of Avdiyivka Russia shelled Avdiyivka, Pervomayske, Opytne, Mariyinka
- in the area of Novopavlivsk: Ukrainian living districts of Novomyhaylivka, Vremivka, Neskuchne, Shahtarske, Zolota Nyva, Prechystivka, Velyka Novosilka, Vuhledar, Pavlivka, Kostiantynivka
- in the area of Zaporizhzhia: Novodanylivka, Vremivka, Olhivske, Zelene Pole, Poltavka, Zaliznychne, Chervone, Huliaipilske, Dorozhnyanka, Bilohiria
- in the area of South Buh from Russian attacks suffered Ukrainian settlements of Stepova Dolyna, Mykolayiv, Novohryhorivka, Yakovlivka, Novooleksandrivka, Partyzanske, Kvitneve, Kyselivka, Shevchenko, Ternovi Pody, Pravdyne, Liubomirivka, Tavriyske, Myrne, Stepove, Pervomayske, Zarichne, Kobzartsi, Petrivka, Ivanivka, Tokareve, Olgyne, Shyroke.
Russia continues to engage in unlawful activity and stations people and military hardware as field hospitals in kindergartens (Verkhniy Rohachyk), Moscow Patriarchate temples (Chervony Mayak), in Kherson oblast, and in Mala Komyshuvaha, Kharkiv oblast.
The Ukrainian defence troops are still conducting a defensive operation, upholding clearly defined lines, and preventing the Russian army from moving further into Ukrainian territory.
In the towns of Soledar, Zaytseve, Shakhta Butivka, and Spartak, Ukrainian defenses effectively withstood Russian assault efforts.
The Air Force Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to efficiently protect important targets on Ukrainian territory by repelling Russian air and missile attacks. Over the Mykolaiv oblast, Ukrainian air defence personnel shot down a Russian-guided cruise missile.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces’ Air Force conducted more than thirty attacks against the Russian soldiers, combat and special equipment, as well as other military assets throughout the course of the previous day in support of the efforts of the ground forces.
The counter-battery operations, command system disruption, logistical assistance, demolition of anti-aircraft defences, and destruction of Russian weapons and personnel are still being carried out by Ukrainian missile soldiers and artillery.
A number of platoon strongholds, roughly 5 locations for anti-aircraft missile systems, and a Russian artillery battery were all damaged as a consequence of the concerted efforts of aviation and artillery. The Russian Federation’s losses are detailed.
