Today is the 110th day of Ukraine’s heroic resistance against a Russian military invasion.
In the Volyn, Polissia, Siverskyi directions the situation remains unchanged. The Siverskyi direction was where Russian occupiers used mortars and artillery to attack the Ukrainian Defense Forces positions in the Hrinivka area, Chernihiv Oblast.
The Russian units in Kharkiv continue to concentrate their efforts on positional defense and preventing Ukrainian troops from advancing further to the State Border of Ukraine. The Russian enemy conducted assault operations in the direction Ternova – Izbytske and had some success. It established itself on its northern outskirts. Remotely mined routes for the deployment of Ukrainian units within the Petrivka area, 20km east of Staryi Saltiv. Air reconnaissance of unmanned aerial vehicles in Shestakovo was provided by the Russian army.
The enemy units in the Sloviansk direction concentrated their efforts on storming Dolyna and Bohorodychne urban areas, however, failed. As part of the logistics of troops, the enemy replaced more than 100 damaged armored vehicle units. In the Donetsk direction, the enemy is focusing their offensive operations on encircling Ukrainian troops in the area of Lysychansk and Siverskodonetsk as well as blocking logistics routes from Bahmut. Continued efforts to replenish losses. It transported more than 80 weapons, and military equipment, including heavy-armoured vehicles and artillery, to the settlements at Kreminna, Starobilsk.
The enemy, although not conducting active hostilities in Lyman’s direction, continued to shell Ukrainian troops in the area of Maiaky (10 km north of Sloviansk) and Serebrianka (5 km northeast of Siversk).
The enemy carried out an assault operation in the city of Siverskodonetsk. Although it had some success, Ukrainian units were forced from the center of the city. Hostilities are continuing. Russian army launched artillery against the Ukrainian Defense Forces positions in the area of Lysychansk, Toshkivka and Siverskodonetsk. In Bahmut, our soldiers successfully repelled the assault operations in Viktorivka-Vrubivka, Komyshuvakha-Vrubivka. Near Zolote, Russian soldiers resumed offensive operations. Russian army fixes its position at the border of Roty – Myronivka. In order to improve the tactical position and take the dominant heights, unsuccessful assault operations were conducted in the directions Dolomitne-Kodema, Dolomitne-Novoluhansk. Air reconnaissance of unmanned aerial vehicles was conducted in the Pokrovsk direction. In the Kurahiv area, Russians made an air strike on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the Krasnohorivka area (fifteen kilometres east of Kurahove). Russian troops fired along the line of contact in the Avdiyivka, Novopavlivskyi and Zaporizhzhia directions. This was done to stop the transfer of reserves in other directions.
Russian army is providing a positional defense trying to maintain previously occupied territories in the South Buh area. It made engineering equipment of positions near Shylova Balka and Prydniprovske urban areas. Russians also hold air reconnaissance using unmanned aerial vehicles around Davydiv Brid.
Russian army is blocking civilian shipping in the northwestern part of the Black Sea. There are 6 Caliber naval-based cruise missile carriers that are ready to fire missile weapons in the Black Sea.
