The Deputy Chairman of the Office of the President of Ukraine noted that Russian military hit a residential building in Dnipro with rockets on January 14, 2023. The entire entrance was damaged, and there are people under the rubble.

“Dnipro. They [Russian troops – ed.] are just inhumans, at least one entrance was destroyed, people, who were at home, are under the rubble. Emergency services and all city services are on site,” wrote the Deputy Chairman of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
Russia hit a civilian building in Dnipro, Ukraine, with an X-22 missile fired from a Tu-22M3 long-range bomber, – the Air Force spokesman said.
Later, it becomes known that 15 people were saved in the destroyed entrance of a nine-story residential building in Dnipro.
“15 people were rescued in the destroyed entrance of a nine-story residential building in Dnipro. The number of dead and injured is being clarified. Previously, ten civilians were injured. Two of them are children. Three of the injured are in serious condition. Everyone is in the hospital now,” added the Deputy Chairman of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
