The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine noted on February 13, 2023, on Twitter, that Denmark transferred all its self-propelled howitzers of the CAESAR type to Ukraine.

“Denmark has given Ukraine all of its CAESAR self-propelled howitzers. A true friend who knows that our fight is Europe’s fight. Thanks, Denmark!” The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine tweeted.
In January 2023, the Danish government decided to transfer 19 French-made CAESAR self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine. It emphasized that “this is a very big and significant help.”
According to the Danish Ministry of Defense, together with the transfer of equipment, training of the Ukrainian military is also planned.
Uaposition memo: CAESAR self-propelled gun is a French self-propelled 155-mm artillery installation. The maximum firing range is 42 km. The ammunition includes 18 155 mm calibre shells. The firing range is up to 42 km, depending on the type of ammunition, and the rate of fire is 6 shots in less than a minute.
