Adviser to the President of Ukraine, Head of the International Advisory Reform Council Mikheil Saakashvili on his Facebook page states that principal agreement to participate in the Presidential International Advisory Reform Council has been received from U.S. Senator John McCain.

Mikheil Saakashvili sated that a principal agreement of Senator John McCain on the participation of the Council had been received and he had to complete the official formalities:
“This is just the initial composition of the Council, which will be expanded and updated. Great friend of Ukraine, former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski expressed his desire to join the Council. A principal agreement of Senator John McCain on the participation of the Council has been received and that he reiterated it in a conversation we had today. Although he has yet to complete the official formalities in accordance with the rules of the U.S. Congress. Several other prominent international figures are in talks with us about the participation in the Council. The goal is to help Ukraine in reforms with useful advice and proactive position in its support in the international arena,” wrote Saakashvili.
