Unmanned tactical multipurpose unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) Phantom made by the State Foreign Trade Enterprise SpetsTechnoExport, which is part of Ukraine`s state-owned defense giant Ukroboronprom, showed its combat capabilities, according to the press service of Ukroboronprom.
It is noted that the demonstration took place in critical severe weather conditions on one of the military ranges in Kyiv region.
“Phantom worked out movement on conditional battlefield, intelligence gathering, occupation of positions for the fire, and the destruction of conventional targets,” Ukroboronprom said.
Phantom successfully completed all tasks and demonstrated a wide range of its application in modern warfare.
In addition, digital technology for target recognition combined with advanced sighting system gives Phantom an opportunity to fire accurately under all conditions.
