“More than 50 settlements have been liberated by the Ukrainian army, and approximately 3,500 citizens have been freed from the Russian invasion in the Kherson region,” Yevgen Yenin said on the air of the national telethon.
According to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, investigators have already recorded 105 Russian war crimes in the de-occupied part of the Kherson region.
“This work is ongoing. Because, as it was in the liberated Kharkiv region [east of Ukraine – ed.], we cannot even imagine the number of crimes that were committed by Russians in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine,” added Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
