The Ukrainian President noted in his evening address that the Armed Forces of Ukraine established control in more than 60 settlements of the Kherson region (south of Ukraine) as of the evening of November 12, 2022, and stabilization measures began there.

“As of this evening, the defense forces of Ukraine have established control in more than 60 settlements of the Kherson region, and the police have started stabilization measures there. Stabilization measures are also ongoing in Kherson itself. Ukrainian explosives technicians have a lot of work to do everywhere in the liberated territories of Ukraine. Almost 2,000 explosive items have already been removed – mines, and unexploded ammunition,” explained Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The President of Ukraine added that Russian troops destroyed all critical infrastructure – communication, water supply, heat, and electricity before retreating from Kherson.
“Russians everywhere have the same goal – maximum abuse of people. But we will restore everything. Although it takes time, it is already clear to everyone that the result will be ours, the Ukrainian one,” concluded the Ukrainian President.
