On September 30, 2022, it became known, that the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to liberate our territories from Russian troops. They have already entered the village of Yampil, in the Donetsk region (east of Ukraine).

The village is located southeast of the city of Lyman. A video with our defender in Yampil appeared on the Internet.
In a video that appeared online, a Ukrainian military man says “Yampil is ours” next to the Yampil educational complex.
At the same time, Russian military propagandists reported massively that Russian troops had “left Yampil”.
Head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin also reported that the militants had lost control over Yampil.

Thus, the events in the Lyman direction are unfolding very quickly. The Ukrainian army drove the main forces of the 20th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Armed Forces into the “cauldron” in the Lyman-Yampil direction and put a “lid” on it.
