The press center of the command of the Naval Infantry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on April 21, 2023, that Ukrainian Marines eliminated equipment of the Russian army, two mortars, as well as 131 Russian servicemen during one week.

“Over the last week, Ukrainian military managed to destroy: 131 Russian soldiers, an armored combat vehicle, an artillery system, two mortar units, an anti-tank missile unit, and a unit of special equipment,” informed the press center of the command of the Naval Infantry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, the Naval Infantry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine together with their comrades, are making efforts to ensure the safety of shipping to overcome the food crisis.
“In particular, last week as part of the “grain initiative” 14 ships left the ports of Odesa. There were more than half a million tons of grain and other foodstuffs on board the bulk carriers,” added the Ukrainian Marines.
