The press center of the command of the Naval Infantry of the Armed Forces noted on March 3, 2023, that Ukrainian Marines have eliminated 300 Russian soldiers, as well as 4 tanks and 9 infantry fighting vehicles this week.

“The units of the Naval Infantry as part of the created groups continue to perform the tasks of repelling the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Over the past week, Ukrainian military managed to destroy 300 Russian servicemen, 9 armored fighting vehicles, 4 tanks, 10 units of automobile equipment, 3 mortar units, a unit of special equipment and 7 artillery systems of the Russian army,” reported the press center of the command of the Naval Infantry of the Armed Forces.
In addition, Ukrainian Marines, together with their comrades in the groups, put efforts to guarantee the safety of shipping in the Black Sea to overcome the food crisis.
“During the last week, within the framework of the Black Sea Grain Initiative, 20 ships left Ukrainian ports with more than half a million tons of grain and other food products on board,” added the press center of the command of the Naval Infantry of the Armed Forces.
