The spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ihnat noted on January 24, 2023, that Ukrainian aviation carries out up to 20 group strikes on Russian military positions along the entire front line every day.

In particular, Yuriy Ihnat emphasized that Ukrainian aviation was working very intensively, especially given the numerous superiority of the Russian one.
“Not only Russian troops but also Ukrainian aviation makes 10-20 group strikes every day on positions along the entire front line. Aircraft of Ukraine fly under the cover of fighter jets because fighter jets attack Russian air defense equipment in order to facilitate the work of bombers and attack aircraft. Ukrainian pilots are working very intensively in this direction, despite the fact that the Russian aviation group exceeds ours by five times,” explained the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
