“11 settlements have been liberated as of November 12, 2022. These are small villages. But for us, this is a huge achievement because the de-occupation of the Luhansk region has already begun,” noted the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

According to Serhii Haidai, Russian occupation forces are building a defense line in the occupied Luhansk region, withdrawing reserves and equipment, and mining the territory.

“Villages around the front line are being deserted, Russian troops kick people out of their homes and settling militants. Large occupied cities such as Siverskoodonetsk, Lysychansk, and Rubizhne are in a crisis situation. There are no communications. People are freezing. Russian soldiers are telling lies about the demining of these cities,” added the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
