Defense Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov noted on November 4, 2022, that only tanks and planes of NATO types remain, but Ukraine will soon master them too.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have mastered more Western weapons than the armies of some NATO countries.
“This has already happened if take into account the level of compatibility of the Ukrainian army with the armies of NATO countries. The full-scale invasion of Russia did not break us. On the contrary, it showed internal strength which has already destroyed the myth of the “second army of the world” [the Russian army – ed.].Ukrainian soldiers have mastered more types of Western weapons than some countries of the Alliance. There are tanks and planes left. I am sure that we will soon take this height as well,” the Minister of Defense of Ukraine said.
According to Oleksiy Reznikov, Ukraine is currently developing an integrated air and missile defense system, establishing itself on land, in the air, at sea and in cyberspace. The Minister emphasized that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were improving existing and establishing new military standards.
Ukraine’s Defense Minister is sure that any system of collective security of the free world will be much weaker without Ukraine, which won the right to determine its future and place in the world in the battle.
