“We received 8 powerful generators from the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) and the German Embassy in Ukraine. Several Ukrainian critical power facilities will have guaranteed power even with large-scale damage to the main networks. This is extremely important for the fastest possible restoration of energy supply in the event of terrorist attacks by the Russian army,” noted the chairman of the Management Board of “Ukrenergo”.
Volodymyr Kudrytskyi noted that the received equipment has already been delivered to the regions where it is most needed now.
Ambassador of Germany to Ukraine Anka Feldhusen also informed about the aid from Germany.
“We proudly provide NPC Ukrenergo with 8 generators. They will keep the lights on during repair work in the power system of Ukraine. Ukrenergo headed by Volodymyr Kudrytskyi continues to do the impossible. Despite the air alarm, we still managed to communicate in the shelter of the Embassy,” Anka Feldhusen wrote on Twitter.
