“No civilized country in the world today has a desire to communicate with Russia at all. There are some economic hostages, and political hostages of the Russian Federation. We saw the UN vote that 141 countries in the world support democracy and freedom, support our country. I am not even talking about the countries of the civilized world, ” he said.
