The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine noted that as of the beginning of March, Ukraine received more than 5.3 thousand tons of aid from 30 countries to restore the energy system, which continues to suffer from Russian missile and drone attacks.

“As of today, Ukraine has received aid for the energy sector from 30 countries with a total weight of more than 5.3 thousand tons. We received 15,000 requests from more than 140 companies,” reported the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
The Ministry added that international partners continue to provide significant support to the Ukrainian energy sector, which continues to be targeted by Russian troops.
The Ministry of Energy, with the support of the EBRD Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA), developed the AidEnergy online platform.
Its work is aimed at collecting, updating and informing donors about the needs of energy industry companies, processing and confirming proposals, distributing humanitarian aid and reporting.
