Russian troops and terrorists continue to flagrantly violate the “truce,” shelling and even attacking the positions of Ukrainian troops, including using heavy weapons. Ukrainian troops only return fire.
Director of the Center for Military and Political Studies Dmytro Tymchuk disclosed such data of the Information Resistance group on his Facebook page.
“Terrorists, using weapons, attempted to attack the stronghold of Ukrainian troops near the village of Rodnykove. The assault was repulsed,” reads the statement.
The positions of Ukrainian units at the Donetsk airport were shot four times, twice with mortars and twice using BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launchers. The base camp of Ukrainian troops near Tonenke was also shelled with Grad rockets.
The positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Dokuchayevsk and a roadblock near Debaltseve came under mortar fire.
