Humeniuk emphasized that the Defense Forces are keeping the strategically important logistical and transport routes of the Russian invaders in the Kherson region under fire control in order to prevent them from replenishing their supplies.

“We are not destroying the infrastructure, we are destroying the enemy’s plans.”

According to her, the work of the Ukrainian artillery is delicate and jewel-like and aimed more at demoralizing the Russian army.

In the end, Humeniuk answered the journalist’s clarifying question of whether there were strikes on the bridge in the affirmative.

Kyrylo Stremousov, self-proclaimed deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region also said the Antonivskiy bridge across the Dnipro in Kherson was damaged after a night attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Previously, the Antonivskiy bridge had already been hit and damaged. This bridge is key for supplying the Russian invaders with military personnel and military equipment from the occupied Crimea to Kherson.
