The President of the European Council arrived in Kyiv with an official visit today, on April 20.

“Today in Kyiv, in the heart of a free and democratic Europe.”
He accompanied the recording with a photo taken on the platform of the Ukrainian railway, where he was met by representatives of Ukrainian authorities and the EU representative in Ukraine Matti Maasikas.
The President of the European Council also visited Borodyanka, a city in the Kyiv region that is now liberated from the Russian occupiers.
“In Borodyanka. Like Bucha and too many other towns in Ukraine. History will not forget the war crimes that have been committed here. There can be no peace without justice.”
