On February 10, 2015, in Minsk must meet tripartite contact group that consists of representatives of Kyiv, OSCE (the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe), Russia, and the terrorists’ self-proclaimed republics in East Ukraine. Tomorrow the capital of Belarus is waiting Poroshenko, Vladimir Putin, Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande.
The meeting will start will start after 6 p.m. (GMT+4). It is supposed to be held behind closed doors.
In the afternoon, planning to come to Minsk former President of Ukraine, Kyiv official representative at the talks, Leonid Kuchma.
The meeting of the contact group to resolve the situation in the south-east of Ukraine in Minsk can take part the Russian Kremlin’s gray cardinal Vladislav Surkov. In Minsk for his arrival is waiting the Russian ambassador to Belarus Alexander Surikov.Vladislav Surkov is one of the main ideologists and builders of the terroristic republics in Eastern Ukraine. In particular, his task was to form a public opinion favorable to the Kremlin in Ukraine and Georgia, working with pro-Russian policy in these countries, as well as supervision of unrecognized Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
It is also expected to arrive Mikhail Zurabov in Minsk in the second half of the 10th February.
The Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin states that the result of the peaceful settlement of the situation in the Donbas depends on the political will of the Russian Federation:
