The “government” of the self-proclaimed “Donetsk People’s Republic” (DPR) assures that it proposed the unilateral ceasefire and the start of negotiations with the Ukrainian authorities.
“Vice Premier” of the so-called “DPR government” Andrey Purgin told OstroV.
“I repeatedly say that the “DPR” and the “LPR” (“Luhansk People’s Republic”) leaders are ready for negotiations, as well as confirm their readiness to ensure the safety of Dutch and Australian experts for their smooth operation at the crash site of the Malaysian Boeing,” Purgin said.
