Trying to escape from the areas that are taken over by Ukrainian government forces, terrorists use the tactics of scorched earth, the press center of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) has reported on its Facebook page.
“The successful movement of the ATO forces makes terrorists panic. Realizing that they will lose, they try to use the fascist tactics of ‘scorched earth’ and terror against the civilian population in order to reduce the resistance of local residents,” the ATO headquarters reported.
