Terrorists are not going to make contact for admission of sappers to Horlivka for demining the Stirol plant and the ammonia pipe to avoid an environmental disaster.
Spokesman of the Information-Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Lysenko briefed, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The Defense Minister appealed to those who mined that they have made it possible to clear [the facility] from mines to avoid an environmental catastrophe, but we’ve not yet received a reply, in other words, the situation remains tense and all are in waiting,” Lysenko said.
