Due to continuous shelling of terrorists in Luhansk there is no electricity, mobile communication and water supply is actually absent.
The Eastern Variant informs.
“Terrorists continue shelling the regional center. In Luhansk, as before, there is no electricity, mobile communication and actually there is no water supply. Large queues are for water, bread, medicaments and cigarettes in the city,” the publication writes.
To remind, over the previous day, 500 persons left Luhansk. They used the “green corridor,” which was also shelled by militants.
