Terrorists deliberately destroy civilian and industrial objects of Luhansk districts – Zhovtnevy, Leninsky, Kamianobrodsky and Artemovsky.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing.
“As a result of a mortar attack, the railway bridge was damaged between the villages of Nyzhneteple and Ohorodne. Due to this, supply of coal was suspended to the Luhansk regional thermal power plant of the city of Shchastia, generating electricity for 70% of the settlements in the region,” he said.
Now, according to Lysenko, the bridge repair is carried out under constant shelling of terrorists.
According to the National Security and Defense Council, 62 settlements in the area are without electricity, of these, 46 are completely de-energized.
