The Stockholm arbitration consolidated the Naftogaz and Gazprom proceedings.
“The Stockholm arbitration consolidated the proceedings of Naftogaz of Ukraine and Gazprom,” Naftogaz CEO Andriy Kobolev said on air of the Freedom of Speech program on the ICTV.
According to him, consolidation of the claims will significantly accelerate the beginning of the consideration of the case on its merits.
He also said that a procedure for appointing arbitrators will end soon and by winter there can be a preliminary decision.
“I hope that approximately in September we will be able to speak officially about the progress, because now we are limited to the disclosure of information on the suit,” he noted.
