One rocket hit the Visa Department of the German Embassy in Ukraine. It is located in one of the Kyiv office centers. The second struck the building where the European Union Advisory Mission staff works. The Russian missile attack caused material damage to foreign diplomatic missions and endangered the lives and health of employees and diplomats.

“Russia has crossed a new red line in its criminal acts. Attacks on foreign embassies are a war crime, a gross violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, according to which the premises of diplomatic institutions are inviolable.”

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine urges the international community to condemn Russia’s missile attack, increase sanctions pressure on the Kremlin and provide Ukraine with anti-aircraft/anti-missile defense systems.
