“I can say that fortunately for us, we have a clear idea of how they (The Russian Federation – Ed.) were prepared for the war – not at all. And it gave us some advantages. We in the National Security and Defense Council have such a trophy, as the maps on which they were to enter the territory of Kyiv through the Kyiv region.
