“Despite the promise of the Russian army to cease fire for the holiday [Christmas – ed.], the UN mission, delivering humanitarian aid to Orikhiv, came under Russian fire. Russian troops continue to disregard the rules of warfare and shelled the civilian communities,” explained the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

According to Oleksandr Starukh, on the instructions of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the recording of destruction and calculation of housing needs for people whose homes were destroyed or damaged by the Russian army continues. The international community has decided to seize Russian assets, which can be used as a basis for compensating losses.
