Yaroslav Yanushevych, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration said that Russian military shelled the Kherson region 46 times on December 3, 2022, in particular, targeting residential buildings and civilian infrastructure.

“Russian troops shelled the territory of the Kherson region 46 times. They used artillery, tanks, mortars, and multiple launch rocket systems at peaceful settlements of the region. Russian military once again shelled the residential quarters of Kherson, private and apartment buildings were hit. Other civil infrastructure of the city was also damaged,” noted the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
At the same time, Yaroslav Yanushevych emphasized that Russian troops continued to kill and maim civilians.
“Last day, one person was killed due to Russian shelling, two more residents of the Kherson region were injured of varying degrees of severity,” clarified the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
