The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration said that Russian troops shelled the Kherson region 54 times on December 17, 2022, as a result of which three people were killed and six were wounded.

“Russian soldiers shelled the territory of the Kherson region 54 times. Peaceful settlements of the region suffered from attacks from artillery, multiple rocket launchers, mortars, tanks and sniper fire. The Russian army once again shelled the residential quarters of Kherson. Russian troops hit a medical facility, private and apartment buildings,” explained the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
According to Yaroslav Yanushevych, 3 people were killed by Russian shelling, and 6 residents of the Kherson region were injured of varying degrees of severity.
Later, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration said that Russian troops attacked the city center again.
“Another attack was in the city center. 3 people were injured. They received shrapnel wounds, and 1 wounded is in a serious condition. All are provided with medical assistance,” added Yaroslav Yanushevych.
