Yaroslav Yanushevych, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration said on December 20, 2022, that Russian troops shelled the Kherson region with artillery, multiple rocket launchers, mortars, tanks, and a rocket attack was also carried out. “Russian soldiers shelled the territory of the Kherson region 42 times. They used artillery, MLRS, mortars, and tanks, as well as a rocket attack was also carried out in the region. Residential quarters of Kherson once again came under Russian fire. Russians targeted a critical infrastructure facility, an educational institution, the building of the state administration of Ukraine, private and multi-apartment buildings,” clarified the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Unfortunately, there are civilian casualties.
“Yesterday, Russian troops killed 2 people, and 3 were injured of varying degrees of severity,” explained Yaroslav Yanushevych.
