The Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council did not reveal many details about the shelling.
“There are missile “arrivals” in Kherson again, again over civilian infrastructure. There are wounded civilians, and medical assistance is being provided,” said Yuriy Sobolevskyi.
It should be noted that the local publication “Suspilne Kherson” reports on a series of explosions in the city, starting at 11 a.m.
Later, the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region reported that as a result of the shelling there were not only wounded, but also killed people.
Ukrainian military entered the city of Kherson on November 11, 2022. The city was captured by Russian troops at the beginning of March 2022.
