The Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko said on March 31, 2023, that Russian military attacked Kramatorsk at night, and in the morning Avdiivka came under tank fire.

“In the north, Russians struck at Kramatorsk – eight private houses were damaged, no casualties. In the Donetsk direction, aerial explosions were recorded over Avdiivka in the morning. The city also came under tank fire – there are damages but no one was injured,” noted the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
In Marinka community, Marinka, Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka came under Russian fire.
Pavlo Kyrylenko also informed that in the Horlivka direction one person was killed and five were injured in Bakhmut.
“In Kostiantynivka, which was hit by two artillery shells, one person was injured, a state-owned enterprise and a factory building were damaged,” added the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
In the Soledar community, shelling of Vasyukivka and Rozdolivka was recorded, and in the Lysychansk sector, four Russian shells hit Zarichne in the Lyman community.
