Four explosions rang out in Kharkiv around 10:30 a.m. on February 22, 2023. According to Serhii Melnyk, the head of the Kharkiv military garrison, Russian troops used S-300 missiles.
“Several explosions have already been heard in the city. Rocket launches from Russian territory are possible. Be careful,” said the mayor of Kharkiv.
Ihor Terekhov added that the Kyiv district of the city of Kharkiv was shelled. Four missile “arrivals” were recorded. The Russian army is targeting industrial facilities.
Later, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration clarified that 2 civilians were injured.
“According to the Regional Center of Emergency Medical Assistance, two people were injured. They are in a satisfactory condition and are being treated by specialists,” noted the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
