The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov reported that Russian troops shelled Chuhuiv in the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine) in the morning on March 1, 2023. Three missile “arrivals” were recorded.

“This morning, Russian military shelled Chuhuiv. Three “arrivals” in the city were recorded. An apartment building was damaged. The information is being clarified,” said Oleg Sinegubov.
Later, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration said that according to the information of the Regional Center of Emergency Medical Assistance, a 52-year-old man and a 13-year-old boy were injured as a result of the morning shelling of Chuhuiv.
“The man was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. The boy has minor injuries, was treated at the scene and did not require hospitalization,” informed Oleg Sinegubov.
In addition, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration spoke about the situation in the region over the past day.
“In Kupyansk, as a result of yesterday’s morning shelling, 2 residential buildings, the premises of a kindergarten and the fire-rescue unit of the State Emergency Service were damaged. The City Park of Culture and Recreation was also under fire, where, unfortunately, a man was killed,” added Oleg Sinegubov.
In Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district, an apartment building was damaged by Russian shelling.
