“One civilian was killed, and two were injured as a result of shelling by Russian troops in the city of Chasiv Yar,” said the head of the Donetsk regional military administration.
According to Pavlo Kyrylenko, Russian military hit the residential quarter with a rocket launcher. As a result of the shelling, at least nine high-rise buildings were damaged, and electricity and gas supply networks to the neighborhood were interrupted.
“In fact, the entire microdistrict was left without electricity and heat. Russians are deliberately terrorizing and destroying the civilian population. And they will pay dearly for it,” added the head of the Donetsk regional military administration.
