Russians shelled a car with civilians in the south of Ukraine: 2 people were killed

The mayor of Oleshky Yevhen Ryshchuk noted on October 25, 2022, that Russian troops shelled a car with Ukrainian civilians in the city of Oleshky, the Kherson region (south of Ukraine), as a result of which two people were killed, and a child was injured.

“Inhumans [Russian troops – ed.] shot a car with residents of the Oleshky territorial community (because people did not stop at the request of Russian soldiers) yesterday. They received shrapnel wounds. Two victims – one died in the city, the other on the operating table. A 5-year-old girl with an amputated finger is alive,” said the mayor of Oleshky Yevhen Ryshchuk.

The following photo shows the car which was shelled by Russian soldiers. You can see the word “children” on the windscreen, but it did not prevent Russian shelling.

It should be noted that this is not the first case when Russian troops shelled a car with civilians. They often do this when people try to leave the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
