The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration noted that Russian troops shelled civilians and civil infrastructure in at least 10 border settlements of Chuhuiv, Kupyansk and Kharkiv districts on February 18, 2023.

“In Kupyansk, as a result of Russian strikes, an administrative building, garages and cars were damaged, and fires broke out. In the village of Dvorichna of the Kupyansk district, the building of an emergency medical aid was destroyed,” informed the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Oleg Sinegubov also said that a 53-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman were injured in Kivsharivka village of Kupyansk district. The building of the educational institution was seriously damaged by shelling.
“In Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district, a Russian shell hit a private house. A man was killed,” added the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
In addition, humanitarian demining continues in the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region. During the day, 89 explosive objects were removed.
