Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that Russian drones fired at the yard of one of the medical facilities in Kherson (a city in the south of Ukraine) on March 16, 2023.

“Just now, the Russian army attacked the courtyard of one of the city’s medical facilities from drones. Due to the Russian attack, vehicles and nearby buildings were damaged,” informed the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, previously, doctors and patients were not injured.
“During the past day, Russian military carried out 76 shellings, firing 275 shells from heavy artillery and Grad multiple rocket launcher. The Russian army shelled the city of Kherson 13 times. 47 shells hit residential quarters, private and multi-apartment buildings and a social infrastructure facility,” added Oleksandr Prokudin.
Later, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration added that one civilian was injured due to Russian shelling on March 16, 2023.
