Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that on March 13, 2023, Russian soldiers fired 412 shells from heavy artillery and Grad rocket launchers on the territory of the Kherson region.

“During the past day, the Russian army carried out 93 shellings, firing 412 shells from heavy artillery and Grad multiple-rocket launchers. Russian military shelled the city of Kherson 4 times. 13 shells hit residential quarters, private and apartment buildings,” explained the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, there are victims among the civilian population – 1 person was killed, and 6 were injured in the Kherson region on March 13, 2023.
“88 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territory of the region as of March 13, 2023,” added the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
In addition, Russians attacked a brigade of energy workers in the Kherson region.
“The event happened in one of the settlements of Darivka community. During the Russian shelling, specialists performed emergency recovery work. According to preliminary information, one electrician was injured due to the Russian shelling,” emphasized the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
