The National Police of Ukraine reported on April 4, 2023, that Russian military carried out 18 strikes on the Donetsk region. Russian troops used S-300 missiles, Uragan multiple rocket launchers, and artillery. 17 civil objects were destroyed and damaged.

“Russian soldiers directed two S-300 missiles at Toretsk, aimed at the mine building, killing civilians. They also shelled Kurakhove from the Uragan rocket launchers. A hospital, a shopping complex, social infrastructure facilities, and vehicles were destroyed,” informed the National Police of Ukraine.
The Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko clarified that two civilians were killed in Toretsk.
The Russian army also fired at a bus in Avdiivka, one person was killed, another was injured.
As a result of artillery attacks, one civilian was killed in Torske and one was injured in Novoukrainka.
“Russians killed 4 residents of the Donetsk region, and injured 3 more on April 3, 2023,” said the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
