The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov informed that the Russian army shelled at least 20 border settlements in the Chuhuiv, Kupyansk and Kharkiv districts of the region on February 21, 2023.

“In Kupyansk, a football field and stadium tribune, a kindergarten building and a 5-story building were damaged by rocket fire. The Russian army also attacked the residential sector. A civilian was injured and hospitalized in moderate condition,” reported the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
During the day, Vovchansk and Vilcha village of the Vovchansk community were under Russian fire. Several residential buildings were damaged, and there were fires.
“A direct hit of Russian projectile into a residential building was recorded in Dvorichna village of Kupyansk district,” added Oleg Sinegubov.
The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration also noted that Ukrainian military is reliably holding its positions and fighting with Russian soldiers on the contact line.
