The Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov reported that Russian troops launched a missile attack on Pervomaiskyi in the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine). The rocket hit a civilian infrastructure object on Monday, September 26, 2022.

“In addition, there is damage to critical infrastructure and two private houses have been completely destroyed. Information about the injured is being clarified. We ask residents of the region and Kharkiv not to ignore the air alarm.”
Later, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration announced that a 15-year-old girl had died as a result of a rocket attack on Pervomaiskyi.
“Unfortunately, a 15-year-old girl died from a rocket attack on Pervomaiskyi. Russian troops insidiously attacked the civilian infrastructure during the day. Another child’s life was cut short by these inhumans,” concluded Oleg Sinegubov.
It should be noted that 391 children of Ukraine had already died as a result of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
