“Today, there are more than 18,000 destroyed infrastructure facilities.”
The primary task of the Ukrainian authorities is to create a database of the needs of all localities in the country and develop a concept for the restoration of each of them.
According to him, 14 infrastructure clusters have been formed that need to be restored or modernized. These include destroyed, residential, educational, medical, sports, road, and railway infrastructure, as well as administrative buildings, landscaping, networks (water, heat, gas, electricity, public transport, airports, security of each community, and special projects-memorials.
The Deputy Head clarified that data collection is currently underway from each affected locality. Authorities will be able to receive the first options for restoration in each of the regions by May 5 at the latest.
