“Russian soldiers shelled the territory of the Kherson region 28 times. Peaceful settlements of the region came under Russian fire again. Russians shelled the residential quarters of Kherson, as a result of the shelling, residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure of the city were destroyed. In particular, the Russian army targeted the cancer dispensary,” said the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Yaroslav Yanushevych also noted that one civilian was injured last night due to shelling by Russian troops.
In addition, the Russian army constantly attacks the energy infrastructure in Kherson and the region.
