The police of the Donetsk region informed on April 24, 2023, that Russian military fired shells at the cities of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Krasnohorivka, Sloviansk, Hostre and Pivnichne, the villages of Veselyy Hay, Vremivka, Halytsynivka, Hannivka, Lastochkyne, Ivanivske, Karlivka, Netaylove, and Novoukrainka.

The Russian army used aviation, S-300 air defense systems, Grad and Uragan surface-to-air missile defense systems, artillery, and mortars.
“15 civil objects were destroyed and damaged –12 residential buildings, a dispensary, the premises of the village council, and an economic building,” informed the police of the Donetsk region.
With S-300 rockets, the Russian army hit Sloviansk and the village of Halytsynivka of the Novogrodiv community. In both cases, two private houses were damaged. There was no information about the victims.
Russians also shelled Novoukrainka with artillery, wounding two civilian residents. The infrastructure of the village was destroyed. As a result of Russian attacks, there is a wounded person in Bakhmut.
“In addition, at midnight today, Russian military targeted Kramatorsk with two S-300 missiles, causing destruction, previously without casualties,” added the police of the Donetsk region.
